This past weekend we went to Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park in Ashland New Hampshire. We went with my sister Kassie and her hubby Richard. We had a great time and although there was a threat of rain most of the time we managed to still have alot of fun and stay dry thanks to staying in their great cabins...which I highly recommend.
They had some fun activities planned for the kids...waterpark, pool, mini golf, hay rides, playground, beach, fishing, and then theme related activities...we played candy bar bingo a couple times while we were there....we won one game and walked away with 14 full size candy bars....so we ended up with plenty of bars for smores making.

While we were there it was "chocolate week", can we pick it right or not. Kara entered a chocolate pudding eating contest....yes there is pudding under all that whip cream.

Every morning they had Yogi or BooBoo raise the flag and then they went on a hay ride. Although Nathan didn't know who either bear was until we got to the park, he sure knows and loves them know. Luckily you can find reruns of the cartoons on the Boomerang channel.
