DARE Graduation

So instead of the usual 5th grade graduation our town does the DARE Graduation in its place instead...I guess they have their priorities straight? Although it I didnt think things could get anymore bring...but I was wrong. The best part about it was seeing all the kids in Kara's class....all 213 of them.
