We were so happy on Friday to finally close on the purchase of our new vacation home! Located a little under two hours north of our home in
Gorham this little gem(and I do mean little) is situated on
Sebasticook Lake in Newport........and even better.......right next to my sisters place.
We
definitely could not even come close to finding a closer spot near the lake....the upper deck
actually hangs over the water during the spring and summer months.
And this is our beach....perfectly sandy and a great place for the kids and dog to walk in and swim. We would have never dreamed of bring able to own such place on the lake and I know that the memories that we make here with our kids and family are going to worth so much. Sadly we are only going to be able to use it for two weekends before we have to winterize it for the season:( Can't wait till the spring!
